We recently had new carpet installed on our staircase, and overall, we had a great experience! We shopped around quite a bit before deciding on a company, and we found OC Flooring Orleans to be very competitive in both pricing and service. Terry was great and assisted my wife and me throughout the entire process. He was helpful, professional, and made the experience easy from start to finish. When it came to the installation, Stephane was excellent. He was very kind, worked efficiently, and completed the job quickly while still doing a great job. The finished staircase looks fantastic! Salesman Troy was a pleasure to work with. He went through the steps with me and helped me set up my project. There were 2 delivery men who came and dropped off the materials. Jacques and Robert were the installers. They came on time had a pleasant attitude and were friendly and careful with my home. They worked hard over 2 days and would clean up every day. They are very much appreciated. The floor is so nice. I am so happy with the outcome. They took away the old materials that I had removed to make my life easier. All in all great experience. In July 2024, we had Orleans Carpet replaced our house’s carpet (182 sq. Yards). Martin in Orleans Carpet provided us the necessary information and efficient services. Henry’s Brother Carpet Installing Company was assigned to install the carpet for us, Stephen and his brother did a meticulous job and finished it on time in a professional and friendly ways. In short, we are very happy with the companies and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

We had a flood in April 2024 in our basement. The process through insurance has been long and strenuous. The easiest and fastest part of the entire process was Max and his team (Chris and Ben), who came in and worked on our floors and did an impeccable job.
